Creatively spearheaded by yours truly and founder of Kirrin Finch, Kelly Sanders Moffat, “Give Me Flowers While I’m Here,” debuted at the DapperQ Fashion Show on September 7th 2023. The DapperQ fashion show is the largest LGBTQ+ focused fashion show during September’s New York Fashion Week. To support Kirrin Finch’s social giveback mission, we put some of the most powerful LGBTQ+ leaders who are spearheading the queer resistance on the runway, and donated $1,000 to the Human Rights Campaign, Family Equality, SAGE, and Callen Lorde in honor of the DapperQ fashion show. Models donned Kirrin Finch suits customized with bold messaging and unique floral designs by floral design studio,  Brooklyn Blooms. We drove a powerful message of celebrating the richness among us in the face of violence and the continued erasure of LGBTQ+ lives.
